Bicycle Tour Mumbai - Treasures of Unforgettable Experience

If you want to see Mumbai as you could never expect it, the best thing to do will be to take a bicycle tour. You will be met with peace and quiet and get a feeling of the place that you would never normally get. The start is early in the morning before the City awakes, or later in the evening as it is preparing to settle down for the night. It is important to choose a company who put the entertainment and well being of the customers first. All the major sights will be seen, and the bicycles will be in perfect condition.

Maintenance of equipment is important and the guides who ride with you will be able to tell you all about each area of the City that you see during the cycling tours in Mumbai. There will be a major difference between the City that you have become use to and the one that you will see now.  Getting to see the City as it would have been in the past is a great way to understand how it has developed. There is a coast to see as well as the hustle and bustle that Mumbai is known for. The places of interest that you will see include: -

· Gateway of India – this was built in 1911 to commemorate the visit to India of King George V and Queen Mary.

· Marine Drive – this area has recently been developed in keeping with the number of visitors that are arriving. It is a mixed-used area with offices, cinemas, and apartments. It has been likened to Miami in the way it is laid out.

· Epicenter – this is another area well known for both business and living sections. When the importance of living close to the port was realized, rich people arrived in the 1940s and 50s making the most of movement due to Independence. The nightlife is amazing and if your bike tour is the late one, you will see a lot of people enjoying themselves.

·  Colaba Causeway starts of as a few stalls but expands so that you can see all that there is to offer. There are handbags, T-shirts, clothes and everything a shopaholic could want. There are hidden treasures that will suddenly appear when you least expected it. Don’t give up looking but don’t pay the first few prices you are told.

Before starting out the cycling tours in Mumbai, it is important to make sure that you have all the equipment that you need. A lot will be provided, but there are items that are your responsibility such as wearing the rights shoes, comfortable clothes and remembering to bring along sunglasses and sunscreen. You can expect the tour to take around three hours and this will include stops, but you still need to make sure that you are in a position to ride a bike for the required length of time between locations. An enjoyable break will be the one where you are provided with a chai, and also when you take photographs of the City that no one will believe.
